Dent Lab Tools Return Policy
At Dent Lab Tools, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following guidelines:

1. Initiating a Return:
• To start the return process, please contact us at support@dentlabtools.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• For damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue to process your return or exchange.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

• If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we offer free exchanges or a full refund.

• Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by Dent Lab Tools.

• Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.

3. Non-Defective Returns:

• If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected, typically within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item following the return process outlined above.

• For defective or damaged items, we will provide a free exchange, including return shipping.

5. Additional Notes:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Items not in their original condition, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
